Just like the title says, I captured some screen shots compliments of Google Earth so you can better visualize the land area of New Haven. The dashed area on the zoomed-out view is the main area of the compound, which is further detailed in the second map. Please note that not ALL of the compound pull-downs are represented on the labeled view. For example, the cow barn, dog kennels, and watchtowers aren't indicated, nor are the boundaries of the pasture fences. Why? Because the Boss Man is going to make much more awesome maps with his map-making program, and there will be some buildings added that don't actually exist in real life (like the cow barn LOL). Anyway, this is just to tide you guys over. Where the fence line is: The main area of the New Haven: Oh, and... don't get too excited about Pevey Airport. It's just crop-dusting planes. They could be useful for short-distance recon, if anyone knew how to fly one, but other than that... not as exciting as it would seem. In fact, we're going to be using the run-way for a windmill farm in the near future. New Haven is also expanding it borders. Annex lands are indicated by the red borders; the fence is still under construction.

If you refresh the larger compound map, you will see a yellow X and a new service road. That's where the New Haven school house/orphan dormitories/library now are! It is a berm (earthbound, bunker-style) structure, which means that it's mostly buried and a lot roomier than it looks on the outside, with trees along the backside for added protection from the wind. The exterior is mostly finished, though the interior still needs a lot of work - and a lot more books!
Anyway... I just wanted to be able to give you a visual on the location!

Luc put in a bermed house and clinic/birth center/etc. for Darlene right across the gravel road from the arrow, between Jackson's house and the small farmhouse.... mostly centrally located and easy to get vehicles to, in the event that people come in with injuries from out on the fields, where they'd mostly come in by truck or whatever.
It's mostly buried, with its open side facing INTO the complex. The back and sides are built up into a hillock, and can be planted and grazed just like normal grass-land.

Gotcha! Good location! And right across from the garden plot, too. -beams-
