This is from an internally circulated document regarding an institutional incentive program. The question being answered was "What should managers do if employees meet their individual goals, but the department or division does not meet its fiscal goals for an award payout?"
If participants have met their payout goals but financial challenges are preventing a payout, you’re encouraged to recognize their efforts through institution, division or department recognition programs. Here are some ideas that you can use: • Create an award for your area, such as: • Recognize departments who contributed the most to your goal • Use a [glow=LimeGreen,2,300]plague[/glow] or banner that travels each year between the winning departments
Way to spread the ZOMBIE PLAGUE, people!!!!
