Judgement Day, it struck with biblical force but did not bring with it the rest of the supposed happenings. There was no rapture, at least as far as he knows. Jesus did not return to take those devout christians back to the gates of heaven. The world went all fucky and nothing good came from it. His faith did not waiver, he figured this was just one big test from the lord above. That through prayer and an unwaivering will he was going to get through it all. The days turned into weeks which turned into months and yet there was still no answers to his prayers. No sign of god rewarding the pious. Was he not devote enough? Did he not love god enough? Questions arose that had no answers. While he still has faith that this is going according to Gods plan he has noticed that some of his principles have started to become a little more lax.
