In case anyone is interested, the electric fence is built on steel fenceposts that have the small holes in them.
These posts extend two feet over the top of the fence, and we have one wire every foot that are carefully maintained by spacers that fit through the hole of the fencepost and prevent the wires from grounding out. Since the chain link is 10' high, there are twelve wires; the first one starting one foot above the grass.
It runs a constant voltage of 20,000 of 40 amps. This is a very very dangerous fence.
There are small red LED lights along the top.

Building on the Cinderblock walls have started and the Compound will be done before the freeze. The bottom layer of the Annex fence will be down as well so construction can continue.

The Fence Surrounding Peavey Power Center (formerly Peavey Air Strip) New Haven and the Annex are constructed up to the trench and cinder block walls.
