Below is an accounting of the properties and travel trailers located within the New Haven compound. As a general rule of thumb, new arrivals are ushered to travel trailers until they have proven they will stick around. Residents desiring a more permanent residence are always free to petition Selsie.
A note on housing: Space is no longer at such a premium now that the Annex is completely fenced in, but there is no need to be wasteful, especially as the New Haven Compound continues to expand. Residents with a trades/skills requiring ample storage space will be offered a home with a garage or storage shed, while residents with no particular special needs may well end up rooming in someone else's house. It is not realistic that a single man or woman would claim a 4 or 5 bedroom house without expecting to eventually get roommates, even if those roommates are nothing more than NPCs. It is highly encouraged that those with extra rooms offer them to people they would be comfortable having as roommates.
Even the NPCs and Inactive Characters have been given living spaces! As you can see, the New Haven orphans, Rocky's hands, the Forsaken bikers who decided to stay, and the New Orleans Refugees have "homes," along with all of the other named NPCs and Inactive Characters currently listed. If you have created an NPC character I don't know about and who has therefore not been assigned a "home," please let me know and I'll get/him her situated!
-Selsie
The Ramey Farmhouse: The big cream-colored house quite near the front gate and beside/slightly in front of the picnic area. Home of Jackson Ramey (OTC) & Selsie Turner. One of the three spare rooms is currently occupied by "Bubbles," a.k.a. Sarah Beth.
Darlene Wayne & Lucius Hastings’ Berm House: A bunker-style clinic/birthing center/apothecary/greenhouse with travel trailer on property, located between the Jacks & Selsie's house and Samuel's small farmhouse. Home to Darlene, Luc, their adopted son, Billy, their triplets, Erzulie, Phillipe, and Nicolas, and their extended family or Viktor Havlik and Castle Kane (when the latter is not on walkabout).
The Chase Farmhouse: The small two-story white farmhouse behind Jackson's, at the end of the gravel lane. Home of Samuel, the medic; his wife, Macie, a horticulturalist; their 16-year-old daughter, Autumn; and their four-year-old terror, Caty (NPCs). Spare room currently occupied by Joshua (NPC), an elderly man with a heart condition, so Sam can keep an eye on him.
Carter & Brooklynn’s House: The small one-story brick rancher between Jackson's and Maya's houses, directly in back of the picnic area. Mrs. and Mrs. Spivey, an (NPC) elderly couple, occupies one of the spare bedrooms. One room left.
Maya Littleton’s House: The large two-story blue house beside Carter & Brookynn’s house, with a huge 10-acre garden between the two. Brandon and his daughter, Brianna, live with Maya. Crystalrose Gunn occupies one half of the partitioned bedroom, while John Morrison occupies his own room. Two bedrooms left.
Noah Reinhardt’s House: Small tan house on the other side of Maya's, with a treeline separating them.
Katie, Tristan, & the kids: Dominic's sister, Katie, her children, and her best friend, Tristan occupy the decently-sized two-story white Gambrel-style house with three large bedrooms and detached one car garage. Between Noah Reinhardt’s and the woods where Dr. Noisewater’s house once stood.
Ruins of Dr. Noisewater’s House: One the site of Doc Noisewater's little shop of horrors, the rubble is hidden amidst the trees fronting Woodland Ferry Road, beside Noah’s place.
Alexander King's House: Small white two bedroom one-story home to the right of the woods where Dr. Noisewater’s house once stood, and set back from the road. Has a small shed behind it. Abigail Daniels occupies the spare room.
Dom & Kendra's Place: Small one story white rancher with black shutters, four bedrooms and attached one car garage on left side of house. Duke & Katie live here, too, and there is plenty of room for the impending twins!
Available houses (2):
• Small taupe-colored two bedroom one-story home with detached garage to the left of the house and large work shed behind the house.
• Small white one-story with tan roof, three bedrooms and small back deck..
Logan Freeman's House: Lives with Luna Castillo-Vega in a long tan house with white shutters and brown roof, front bay window, breakfast nook/sun room at back of the house, and attached one car garage on right side of house. Small storage shed behind house. New Haven's "big game hunter" is in an ideal spot, living on compound lands with a view of the Annex and the unfenced woods and fields across the road.
Ohape Household: Split-level two-story, brick on bottom, white siding on top; Logan Freeman's house is on the left, and a line of trees borders the side yard on the right. One bedroom downstairs and three upstairs with a huge kitchen and a chimney. Attached one-car garage on the right end of the house with a small workshop area in the back yard. Violence lives there.
Andie Martin’s Berm Schoolhouse: This bunker-style home/schoolhouse/library/natural history museum is located on the farmland behind Georgia & Milo's broodmare stable. In addition to the school house, library, and museum, it contains Andy Martin’s private living quarters and spacious boys and girls dormitories for the New Haven Orphans. Among the orphans are teenagers Wayne & Shawn. Also in residence are Miss Anne (NPC), an older school teacher.
Holden's House: Medium-sized one-story tan and brown rancher fronting Woodpecker Rd. with a pair of horse stables behind it. The property was previously tenanted by Milo and Georgia (NPCs), who have since relocated their expanded horse breeding operation to Annex lands and moved into a larger house with their young children. The small horse barn and the larger, new-built structure are occupied by New Haven's privately owned horses and managed by Manhattan.
Manhattan’s House: The small one-story tan rancher directly beside Holden’s house. Thanks to Mickey, the house is equipped with solar panels to power a scant few luxuries!
Mickey O'Grady’s House: A small, crappy but well-outfitted house near Manhattan's place, which he shares with Lilly Masters. He scavenged his own solar panels to ensure that at least one room in his house would have AC. His other rooms hold various stockpiled supplies from his many scavenging missions.
Charlie and Gideon's House: The large, three-bedroom gray house to the left of their former bungalow. The huge three-bay garage in the side yard has become storage space for C&G Poultry, while the apartment over the top has been converted into an egg hatchery.
Tobias Askuwheteau Dalton's Bunaglow: The tiny one bedroom white bungalow with green shutters and screened-in back porch that was once occupied by Charlie and Gideon. The small shed in the back yard is now Tobias' personal storage space. The poultry farm and the far end of the pasture for New Haven's privately owned horses are literally in the back and side yards.
Darius Cutler's House: Small two bedroom white house w/ brick trim & detached one gar garage + small shed, to the right of Tobias Dalton's bungalow. Charlie's sister, Ryder Johnson, lives with him.

Davis & Payton Families, & Matthew Stewart: Living in a huge two-story split level, buff-colored house with green shutters, featuring five spacious bedrooms and a den will be converted into a sixth. No garage or shed, though there is a screened back porch connecting to a deck abutting a round above-ground pool. With a little natural filtration system built alongside, even the pool has potential. Occupied by: Sgt. Kenneth Davis; wife, Abrielle; children, Latisha (8) & Akeem (9). Travis Payton; wife, Emoni; twin boys, Tre and Malcom (7). Matthew Stewart's ex-girlfriend, Emma, moved out. Davis, Payton, & "Stewie" are members of Colin Street's former D.C. SWAT team.

Bocephus' House: A nice one-story brick home at the corner of Line Road and Matt's Road, with a stream that widens into a pond running through the side yard (same stream as the one running through the back yard of the Library house); the house faces Matt's Road. There is a huge detached garage/work shed behind the house.
Remi & Elephant's House: Small green one-story two bedroom house almost hidden in the trees to the left of Callisto's house. There is also a long, low shed set well back from the house, all but hidden in the woods. Rooming with Molly, Gertrude, and the dogs.
Callisto & Gage Winchester's House: A rather secluded green two-story with a basement located in a perfectly planted square of trees and surrounded by open fields. Formerly owned by chemist Nicolas Macriss, who has not been seen in some time, Callisto now uses the laboratory to create pharmaceuticals for New Haven. This house was the only one equipped with solar panels pre-outbreak! Three (NPC) pairs from Callisto's original group infrequently occupy the three spare rooms when they are not out foraging far and wide for supplies. These tenants include brothers Mike and Jake Mason, a mechanic and mechanical engineer, respectively; married couple Darrel and Elle Davis, farmers with knowledge of growing vegetable hybrids; and Jake's girlfriend Stephanie Williams and her half-sister Robin Lee, both of whom are Jills of All Trades.
The Forsaken Bikers' Enclave: The nine refugees from Harlow’s group occupy a little enclave far back in the woods between Nicolas’s house and Sophie & Andrew’s cottage. Note: The house and chicken house are only visible via Google Maps aerial view and therefore settled by NPCs, since I can’t get an accurate description.
The Military Three: An extremely secluded one-story house set even further back in the woods than the Forsaken bikers’ enclave, currently occupied by Vega, Murder, Andrew McBain. One of the original spare rooms is adopted orphan Annemarie's, the other is the nursery for Sophie and Anthony's daughter, Antonia Marie. The completion of a two-story addition made spacefor Sophie's older sister, Isabella. The basement features a well-secured science laboratory.
New Orleans House: Five bedroom light gray two-story with detached mother-in-law cottage to the right of Sophie & Anthony’s cottage which houses the nine adult refugees from the New Orleans tragedy.

Andrew Ballard & Jacinda's House: Medium-sized three bedroom brick one-story with screened-in front porch on corner of Ellis Mill and Matt’s Roads; faces Ellis Mill. Surrounded by trees, it is the only house on Ellis Mill Road and quite a distance from the nearest house on Matt’s Road. Andrew's RV is parked in the side yard!
There are some twenty RVs and campers provided by New Haven for new arrivals and residents who prefer going the literal "mobile home" route, NOT INCLUDING those in which some residents arrived and continue to call home. Now that some of New Haven's (NPC) residents have found more permanent homes, most of the RV's are once more available. Due to a bitterly cold winter, a concerted effort is being made to relocate citizens to warmer, better-insulated residences.
